Two men were in critical condition after they were gunned down in a drive-by shooting overnight in the Humboldt Park neighborhood, Chicago police saiid.
About 3 a.m. Saturday, the victims were inside of a vehicle in the 1400 block of North Avers AAvenue when someone inside of a blue SUV opened fire, police said.
One of the men, age 31, suffered multiple wounds to the body, and was taken in critical condition to Stroger Hospital. The other victim, 32, also was taken in critical condition to the same hospital with wounds to his left leg and torso, police said.
No one was in custody, and detectives were investigating.
