Juarez leads approximately 700 regional banking employees across 77 branches in Los Angeles County. She has been the recipient of numerous awards, including Hispanic Lifestyle magazine’s “Latina of Influence,” an honor it bestows annually to Latinas making a difference in their respective industries. Juarez was instrumental in the development and leadership of the Central California region’s Diversity Council, whose efforts embrace and promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of business.
