Keep your eyes out for locusts, plants weeping blood and the Earth ripped asunder, because the End Times must be at hand: The Post agrees with Alec Baldwin.
We have a long history of sparring with the Bloviator and his Span-ish wife, but we have his back against the furious anti-Israel mob that set upon him Monday night.
Seeing the actor walking down the street, the keffiyeh-clad poseurs decided to make him the focus of their virulent antisemitism.
“Do you condemn Israel?” they screamed in his face.
“No. I support peace for Gaza,” Baldwin said.
“Go f— yourself,” was the erudite response.
The whole encounter was the “protest” movement writ large. This isn’t about a “cease-fire.” It’s pure hatred of Jews, and the destruction of Israel “from the river to the sea.”
No condemnation for the rapes and killings by Hamas, the taking of hostages, the use of hospitals as terror bases, the victimization of their own people as human shields.
No, just “Do you condemn Israel.” Baldwin, to his credit, saw right through it.
Alec being Alec, he couldn’t resist talking back.
You can see the NYPD officer near him rolling his eyes, telling him to get inside his house.
But that the cops had to protect Baldwin at all is a disgrace. These rioters aren’t interested in convincing anyone of their righteousness.
They’re bullies screaming down dissent.
They have harassed and threatened on college campuses and on our streets.
The NYPD has done an exemplary job keeping the hooligans at bay. Make no mistake: These delinquents are trying to engineer a violent encounter, to make cops seem like the bad guys for keeping a transit hub open.
Don’t listen to the Hamas lovers or their apologists. Mayor Eric Adams, the NYPD needs a free hand to arrest those who scream abuse and shut our bridges and train stations.
Like Alec Baldwin, we do not condemn Israel. But we do condemn the antisemitic mobs roaming our city.
