The Southwestern College Foundation held its Jaguar Awards Luncheon last month.

The theme was “Loteria,” a Mexican version of bingo.

The event honored Norma and Roger Cazares for their contributions to the college and community.

Southwestern College, based in Chula Vista, serves a diverse community of students by providing academic programs and student support services. The SWC Foundation assists students through community partnerships and donor and alumni connections.
