Premiering on January 4 in Meta Horizon Worlds, the concert and documentary special follows the rapper on his third annual run of hometown shows

All roads lead back to Kentucky for Jack Harlow in the first official trailer for No Place Like Home: A VR Concert. The concert and documentary special will premiere on Jan. 4 at 5 p.m. PST via Meta Horizon Worlds featuring footage captured on the rapper’s third annual run of hometown shows.

In the trailer, Harlow stands in front of a thousands-deep audience while soaking in the love of his greatest champions. His stage production is simple, with few frills decorating the stage or distracting from the performance. At its core, it’s Harlow and his audience locked into a one-to-one exchange of creative passion.

Harlow’s No Place Like Home tour began on Nov. 24 and extended through Dec. 3. He performed six shows throughout Kentucky, making stops in Owensboro, Pikeville, Covington, Murray, and Bowling Green before closing out the hometown run with a grand finale in Lexington at Rupp Arena.

The footage captured on the road and at that sold-out final show, the biggest of the bunch, will be featured in the VR concert special. Following its premiere, No Place Like Home: A VR Concert will be available to replay through Jan. 25 in Meta Horizon Worlds.

The No Place Like Home tour marked Harlow’s only official run of headlining shows in 2023. The rapper shared his third studio album Jackman in April, but the project didn’t yield any hits that reached the magnitude of “First Class” from his previous record, 2022’s Come Home the Kids Miss You. But it functioned as more of a re-centering record for Harlow, who had a hit in his pocket with the follow-up single “Lovin’ On Me.”

Both of the hit songs appeared on the set list for the tour, as well as discography highlights “Creme,” “Thru the Night,” “Route 66,” and “Sundown,” among others.
