Most of us stayed dry on Saturday and the forecast will be quite similar for Sunday too.
Storm activity in Glades and Hendry countries will come to an end around dusk. The rest of us will stay mainly clear and warm. Over the last couple of nights, temperatures have been running warm with lows in the upper 70s. This pattern will likely continue into much of next week.
Sunday will be mainly sunny and hot. Isolated downpours will develop inland, east of I-75 around lunchtime, with storms continuing to move towards the east coast through the evening. Highs will aim for the lower 90s, but the heat index or “feels-like” temperatures will be near 100. Stay cool and hydrated!
