Last week was full of great games in the D.C. area, as conference play continues to pit some of the region’s best teams against one other.
Perhaps the toughest schedule in the area belonged to top-ranked Paul VI, which hosted No. 2 Gonzaga and visited rival Bishop O’Connell in a four-day stretch. The Panthers handled that challenge just fine, earning double-digits wins against both teams and cementing themselves as the team to beat in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference and greater D.C. area.
