Music lovers can get a small blanket or beach towel ready and join fellow concertgoers on the lawn as Live Nation has announced its new Lawnie Pass. It will be available at 28 Live Nation venues in the United States, including one in Chula Vista.

This $239 pass offers guaranteed general admission lawn seating, Fast Lane access inside the venue and general parking to at least 13 shows at North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre this year.

Some of the concerts scheduled at North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre are Janet Jackson, New Kids on the Block, Iron Maiden, Chicago, Caifanes and Café Tacuba. Live Nation states that more concerts will be announced.

There are three other Live Nation venues in California that will have Lawnie Passes. They are the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, Toyota Amphitheatre in Wheatland and Toyota Pavilion in Concord.

A limited number of lawn passes will be available to purchase starting Feb. 7 at 10 a.m. at lawnpass.livenation.com. Previous Lawnie Pass holders will be able to purchase their pass in an exclusive presale live now through Feb. 6.

Pass holders will receive a personalized credential that will serve as their ticket to get into at each concert. These credentials will be delivered to fans directly in the spring. For more information on these passes, go to lawniepass.com.

The first Live Nation lawn pass was introduced in 2019. In late 2019, Live Nation again advertised a 2020 lawn pass, but it was suspended due to COVID-19.

Here is this year’s full list of concerts already scheduled at North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre this year where Lawnie Passes will be valid:
