Mötley Crüe will be a music headliner at this summer’s Illinois State Fair, according to an announcement from the fair on Tuesday.

The rockers will play the Grandstand at 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10. Tickets ($88-$165) go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. March 2; a Main Gate Insider presale runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. March 1. Previously announced for the 2024 Illinois State Fair in Springfield:

• Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit at 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11 (also at the Salt Shed in Chicago on Feb. 29 and March 1; www.saltshedchicago.com)
• Jordan Davis at 8 p.m. Aug. 13
