LEE COUNTY, Fla. — It’s a pup-date that will brighten your day!
Skip is a dog who was rescued from a terrible situation that caused him to lose a leg. After going to Gulf Coast Humane Society, he was fostered and eventually adopted in 2015.
Now, Skip is a competitive agility dog who runs over 29 miles per hour!
Skip competes all over Florida, winning ribbons and titles. He was also on the cover of a tripod calendar.
When he’s not competing, Skip’s new family said he loves to go for walks, lay in the sun, roll in the dirt and play with his new sister, Fizzz.
Skip is proof that second chances are possible and that all you need is love and support!
