LOS ANGELES – The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert in the Los Angeles area Tuesday for two young boys who were last seen near a local school.
The boys were last seen around 9 a.m. Tuesday morning, at Lovelia P. Flournoy Elementary School on E. 111th Street in Los Angeles.

Officials said the suspect was armed and dangerous. By 6:30 p.m., officials said the suspect had been located and the Amber Alert had been deactivated, but no other information was provided.
