You’re not going to want to let go of this new Eggo collab.
In honor of the breakfast brand’s new Fully Loaded Waffles, Eggo teamed up with Dominic Ciambrone (aka The Shoe Surgeon) to create the thematic Eggo Fully Loaded Kicks. This is branded merch you may actually need.
The new Eggo waffles themselves are created to offer 10 grams of protein per waffle, and come in two flavors: Fully Loaded Chocolate Chip Brownie with a fudgy chocolate-filled batter and pockets of chocolate chips, and Fully Loaded Strawberry Delight with strawberry flavor-infused batter.
To pair with the syrup dripping off those pumped-up waffles? The Surgeon’s brand SRGN created the first-ever custom Eggo sneaker — some kicks that have their own iconic drip.
Echoing waffle textures, the sneakers are patterned with waffle-grid bottoms and handmade in Los Angeles. Two styles pair with both new Eggo flavors. The premium suede waffled leather is available in shades of chocolate brown or tan caramel with pops of pink. Down the midsole, fillings inspired by the waffles themselves add details, including a hidden zip stash pocket for a syrup packet, or anything else you may want to sneak in your kicks. No Eggo-inspired detail is spared: A soft cushioned collar highlights the fluffiness of the waffles.

“I’m thrilled to be part of this innovative collaboration with Eggo to help bring the essence of Fully Loaded Waffles onto the canvas of a sneaker,” said Ciambrone. “I grew up eating Eggo waffles for breakfast and throughout the years have seen how influential the waffle-grid soles have become in this industry, so I’m excited to put our own twist on this iconic brand. I hope the fans appreciate the craftsmanship that went into hand-making these as much as they’ll enjoy the new flavors.”
So how can you get your feet in these sneaks? Drops, of course.
The first of three flash sales will start on Friday, May 17 at noon ET at Urban Necessities. Each $150 pair also comes with both flavors of Fully Loaded Waffles. Two more drops on Friday, May 24, and Friday, May 31, also at 12 p.m., will offer more fans the chance to buy a pair, while supplies last.
Looking for a reason to justify your purchase? Here’s some girl math for you: All proceeds from the Eggo Kicks will go towards supporting No Kid Hungry, a national campaign committed to eradicating childhood hunger. Every pair of $150 sneakers sold translates to 1,500 meals for kids in need.
