Opening statements are underway in federal court in Wilmington, Del., on Tuesday in the felony gun trial of Hunter Biden, the president’s son. The first witness testimony is expected later Tuesday. Hunter Biden, a recovering drug addict, faces three felony charges related to a gun he purchased in 2018, allegedly while he was using illegal drugs. During jury selection Monday, prospective jurors spoke emotionally at times about how addiction had affected them or their families. They also talked about their views of gun rights and the Biden family.
