Though plenty of Los Angeles restaurants and bars are closed during early weeknights, these evenings are key for those who work in hospitality. Sunday through Tuesday night service gives waitstaff, bartenders, bussers, chefs, cooks, and managers a chance to dine out at a discount. Industry night isn’t just about finding a deal, it’s also a chance to connect, compare service notes, and decompress with others dedicated to working in this challenging industry. For the hardest-working folks in LA, Eater rounded up a handful of spots that host industry nights.
Note: Before visiting the below bars and restaurants, confirm that industry night is still on the establishment’s calendar.
