The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation held its San Diego Guild Luncheon in May at the Santaluz Club.
The event gathered community leaders, philanthropists and supporters to raise awareness and funds in support of the foundation, whose mission is to fund research and drug development in the fight against cystic fibrosis.
The luncheon provided an afternoon of shopping, inspiration and philanthropy. CBS News 8 anchor Marcella Lee emceed the event. Barbara Fischbein, the guild founder, chaired the luncheon. All proceeds from the event benefited the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
