A summer vacation to Nantucket Island doesn’t need much of a sales pitch. The picturesque destination is filled with history, beautiful architecture, delicious food, and plenty of nature to take in. The scenic 50-minute ride around the island is a great way to explore, especially if you’re strapped for time and want a touch of relaxation before dinner.
Guests can choose from three options: a lunch or dinner cruise, which depart from the White Elephant for Topper’s restaurant, or an opportunity to reserve the boat for a private charter. For those who opt for the private charter, there are hors d’oeuvres and drinks available to make the experience even more enjoyable.
Topper’s serves seasonally inspired New England cuisine, with delicacies like oysters farmed just a few hundred yards from the property. The restaurant also boasts a wine list consisting of over 2,000 bottles from around the world, including rare vintages.
