A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stabbing his brother eight times in Mount Hope Saturday morning, San Diego police said.
The 23-year-old victim was able to escape the home he shares with his alleged assailant, near the intersection of Broadway and 39th Street, and call for help shortly before noon, according to police.
Arriving officers took the suspect into custody without incident. The injured man was taken to a hospital where he was treated for injuries that weren’t considered life-threatening, police said.
