Here’s who’s playing at Southern California casinos this summer – San Diego Union-Tribune

If your plans include more than gaming at a Southern California casino this summer, a diverse array of entertainment will be offered on their stages. Among the artists booked to perform at casinos from Alpine to Highland are Keith Urban, Jason Mraz, Dogstar, Lea Salonga and the Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes. Here’s a list of some of the highlights. Note that shows being presented outdoors are rain or shine with no refunds, and some venues require ticket-buyers to be over the age of 18 or 21.

Marty Stuart and his Fabulous Superlatives

Five-time Grammy Award-winner and AMA Lifetime Achievement honoree Marty Stuart is touring with his trio performing traditional country roots music, including hits from his latest release “Altitude,” his first new album in five years. 8 p.m. tonight. IL Divo

The iconic quartet, consisting of Urs Bühler, Sébastien Izambard, David Miller and new member Steven LaBrie, are on tour, supporting their new 10-track album, “XX.” The new release features original compositions and Brenda Lee and Elvis Presley’s “Always on My Mind,” sung in English and Italian, and a Spanish version of Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing” (“No Tengo Nada”). 8 p.m. Saturday. Keith Urban

The Grammy-winning country superstar will perform a rare casino show this weekend in Highland. The longtime Nashville artist was raised in Australia and is married to fellow Aussie superstar Nicole Kidman. Urban is touring in support of his 2020 album “The Speed of Now, Part 1,” but he’s also been playing singles from his next album, “High,” which comes out Sept. 20. 8 p.m. Saturday. Ziggy Marley

Grammy- and Emmy-winning musician Ziggy Marley is bringing his Circle of Peace Tour to the casino, where one dollar of every ticket sale will be donated to building new schools, operating health clinics, and supporting children’s education in Jamaica and Ethiopia. 8 p.m. July 19. Miranda Lambert

Fresh off of her fiery Stagecoach Country Music Festival headlining performance that included surprise appearances from country superstars Reba McEntire and Elle King, Miranda Lambert is just turning up the heat with her new single “Wranglers.” The singer-songwriter has teased on social media and in interviews that her next album, which was produced in Texas, will be “very country.” 8 p.m. July 21. Omarion
