The 41-year-old country crooner – who boasts 38.4M social media followers – captioned her Instagram slideshow on September 13: ‘Had the BEST day today fly fishing in Montana! Thanks to our epic guide, Jason, for the expertise! What a day!’
Aside from full make-up, Carrie ditched the glam and sported an orange Wind River Ranch baseball cap over her blonde braids and Simms waders over a matching grey hoodie.

Indeed, Underwood became a vegetarian at age 22, telling SELF in 2017: ‘I want to be vegan so badly, all the way, 1,000 percent. But traveling and stuff, it just kind of gets hard. Sometimes I may have to do some egg whites or something for breakfast.’
‘I didn’t become vegan right away, but I quit eating beef and didn’t eat a whole lot of other meat,’ the Oklahoma-born belter explained.
‘And then when I was on American Idol, being in California, there were all these places that had vegan food, and I was like, “Oh my gosh, this is easy here!”‘

As for what kind of judge Underwood will you be, she said: ‘I can’t lie. I just can’t it’s not you can tell I feel like I’ll be very honest, but hopefully you know I can be very constructive and encouraging.’
But the fit52 founder is not going to be an overly-critical judge: ‘Oh gosh no. I mean, just ask my kids. I feel like I’m not too [harsh].’
