Sean “Diddy” Combs’ children are speaking out about the allegations against their father, who is currently awaiting trial for charges that include sex trafficking and racketeering.

In a Tuesday Instagram post, six of the disgraced media mogul’s seven children —  Quincy, 33, Justin, 30, Christian, 26, Chance, 18, and twins D’Lila and Jessie, 17 — voiced their unwavering support for their father. (Combs’ seventh child, Love Sean, is only 2.)

“The past month has devastated our family,” began the statement, which was shared alongside a photo of Combs and his children. “Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media.”

Addressing their father directly, they wrote, “We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD.”

The statement from Combs’ family comes a week after the embattled rapper wished Love a “Happy Birthday” in his first social media post from behind bars.

Combs, 54, was arrested in Manhattan on Sept. 16 in the wake of a grand jury indictment, for alleged crimes dating back to 2008. The rapper, producer, and Bad Boy Records founder remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being denied bail following his not-guilty plea to charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

According to the unsealed indictment, Combs and members of his enterprise are accused of engaging in sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.

“For decades, the defendant abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct,” reads the unsealed indictment, which Entertainment Weekly has reviewed. “To do so, Combs relied on the employees, resources, and influence of the multi-faceted business empire that he led and controlled — creating a criminal enterprise.”

The charges against Combs have only continued to snowball from there. On Oct. 2, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced that he is representing 120 individuals who plan to file sexual misconduct lawsuits against the hip-hop mogul. Of the 60 men and 60 women, 25 of them claim they were minors when the alleged misconduct occurred.

The latest development comes in the form of a lawsuit filed by one of Buzbee’s clients on Oct. 21, in which the 37-year-old Jane Doe claims she was drugged and raped by Combs and an unnamed male celebrity at an afterparty for the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in 2000. When reached for comment by Entertainment Weekly, Combs’ legal team thoroughly denied the accusations.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” said the statement from Combs’ attorney. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”

Combs is presently in federal custody, awaiting his May 5, 2025 trial date.
