Drivers heading north on Highway 91 and Highway 99 should expect long delays Thursday morning.

A multi-vehicle collision on the Alex Fraser Bridge before the Cliveden Exit had the left lane blocked.

While that crash cleared around 8 a.m., Highway 91 northbound is still slow from the truck rest area.

Meanwhile, a three-car crash on Highway 99 at the Highway 91 exit in Delta has the left lane blocked.

Highway 99 is backing up heavily into South Surrey.
