Edward Mirzabegian, MHA is the Chief Executive Officer of Antelope Valley Medical Center (AVMC) in Lancaster, CA. In addition to this 420-bed acute care hospital, Mr. Mirzabegian have served as CEO for over 25 years in 7 states and with 28 different hospitals.  Known for being an innovative leader, he is committed to developing and implementing strategic plans that identify and promote best practices. He focuses on cultivating staff and physician partnerships while improving the hospital’s operational and financial performance.
