CAPE CORAL, Fla. — The boyfriend of a Cape Coral man who has been missing for two weeks has been arrested by Cape Coral Police.
Christopher Davis (35) had two active out-of-state warrants, according to Barry Schmalbach’s missing person report. He was arrested on Aug. 1.
Davis had one warrant out of Georgia for a probation violation for fraud and another out of South Carolina for a probation violation for larceny.
Barry Schmalbach was last seen on July 19. He was leaving Cruisers Bar just off Southeast 47th Terrace in Cape Coral.

Davis lived in a condo with Schmalbach on Beach Parkway. The condo is about a mile away from where Schmalbach was last seen.
