Here comes a li’l more cash she can hold up to her ear.
Lil Tay’s not just living — the 14-year-old influencer is living large and in charge, thanks to the cool $275,000 she and her mom Angela Tian were allegedly awarded in their years-long custody dispute against her father, Chris Hope.
“We have prevailed, justice has prevailed, and God has prevailed!” rejoiced Tian, 45, in a statement provided to The Post Friday via Tay’s purported representatives.
“We have won our case in court and my children and I can finally move on from this nightmare,” the mother of two continued. “My daughter can pursue and achieve her dreams on her own terms, and we are finally a happy family again, together.”
When asked for official court documents denoting the win, attorneys for Tian and Tay, from Vancouver, Canada, told The Post, “We cannot provide court documents given the minor involved.”
The legal team added, however, “We are pleased to get this result for our client.”
Chris Hope did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
Victory for Tay and Tian comes just days after the teen tastemaker — best known for making cheeky content centered around money — was falsely pronounced dead by alleged hackers who commandeered her verified Instagram account, which boasts more than 3.9 million followers, on Aug. 9.
In addition to the lump sum to be reportedly forked over by Hope, who’s been accused of failing to pay child support since 2014, Tay and Tian were said to have been granted ongoing monthly child support and additional expenses, as well as sole day-to-day and final decision-making powers and responsibilities in the best interests of Tay.
Tian was also named “the person entitled to sign contracts” and given the entitlement to move her daughter outside of Vancouver, making their new address Tay’s primary residence.
“It has been years of blood, sweat and tears — this experience has put us in a constant state of severe depression, for myself and for both of my children,” said Tian.
“Tay has had to talk to counselors for 2 hours weekly,” she added. “We have dreaded every waking moment with no hope in sight for years.”
“There are no words to describe the years of pain and oppression my daughter and I have suffered, and we have been ruthlessly stripped of basic rights and freedoms from the opposing party due to his disgusting financial motivations,” the mom said of Hope.
“I have been financially ruined fighting for my daughter’s rights and freedom, which should have never been taken away to begin with.”
In April 2021, a GoFundMe profile organized by Tian’s son, Jason, alleged that Tay had endured years of abuse and neglect at the hands of her father.
“My sister Tay has been silent on social media for the past 3 years because her absentee father (Chris Hope) served my mother a court order demanding control over Tay’s money, career and custody,” read the plea on the crowd-sourcing site.
“Tay is in desperate need of funds to support her fight against her abusive father, as a result of this situation she has been in a state of depression.”
The trendsetter did share a post outlining the details of their triumph on Instagram Friday.
Otherwise, Lil Tay has not publicly commented on her and Tian’s alleged win in the custody battle against Hope.
