On Aug. 23, a cinema-themed Taco Bell Cantina, with retro neon purple lights and a display case that would normally hold candy, is set to debut at the Westfield Oakridge mall in San Jose. Perhaps unsurprisingly, it will be next door to the Century movie theater at 925 Blossom Hill Road.
Similar to other cantina locations, this Taco Bell will serve alcohol — beer, wine and liquor — along with the usual food suspects, like the much-loved Mexican pizza. The first 100 customers will receive an exclusive Taco Bell cup, according to a news release, and anyone who ventures out to the new location on opening day, from 10 a.m. to midnight, can enter the “Free Taco Bell for a Year” sweepstakes.
