It was a fairly pleasant day in SWFL, especially for late summer. Only a few showers/t-storms popped up inland in SWFL.
The last of that rain clears out Sunday evening, and the rest of the night will be mainly clear. Dewpoints are running a little higher now, so it may feel a little muggy through Monday morning, with lows near 75-77.
Monday starts off mainly sunny and warm. The morning stays rain-free, but the afternoon is fair game for spotty downpours to develop. It will feel hot in the afternoon as temperatures soar into the lower-mid 90s.
The chance of rain is at 30% for Monday and 40% for Tuesday. Due to high pressure in the upper atmosphere, it will be relatively dry the first half of the week, with scattered storms returning later in the week.
