Today, we invited Artisan Eatery into the ABC7 studio to talk about their participation at this year Sizzle Dining.

Owner and Chef Timothy (Tim) Yoa spent 25 years at the Naples Grande Beach Resort, rising to sous chef, before opening his own restaurant in Ft. Myers in 2017.

Sizzle Dining $49 menu appetizer choices include Brillat Savarin – a soft-ripened triple cream cow’s milk cheese that is tangy, creamy and luscious – served with an all-berry preserve atop fresh French baguette.

Millionaire Pork Belly appetizer is created by smoking the pork belly for 8-hours then serving with Luxardo Cherry Glaze and mustard seed. Luxardo cherries are candied and soaked in marasca cherry syrup which gives its unique taste and deep rich red color.
