We are starting to see that drier air move into SWFL Monday night. Our dewpoints are dropping into the 60s tonight, making it feel less muggy out. The sky will clear out overnight and temperatures will fall into the lower 70s by early Tuesday morning.
The lower humidity will stay through the day on Tuesday and keep rain chances at a minimum. With a mostly sunny sky, it will still get warm in the afternoon, near 90.
An extended area of low pressure near the east coast of Florida could bring a couple of showers towards the middle of the state on Wednesday. An isolated downpour could sneak in towards Lake Okeechobee and down through Alligator Alley.
We will continue to have cooler mornings and low rain chances through the rest of the week ahead.
