This week at area farmers markets we are seeing the first tomatoes of the season. You will also find head lettuce, fresh mushrooms, spinach, radishes, turnips, microgreens, snap peas, edible flowers, foraged ramps, carrots, salad mix, green onions, strawberries, peas, rhubarb, beets, asparagus and fresh herbs.
