Double date night is the anthem.
Sister-in-laws Cameron Diaz, 51, and Nicole Richie, 42, supported their husbands Benji Madden and Joel Madden, both 44, at Good Charlotte’s Los Angeles concert Tuesday night.
This was a rare public appearance from the “Charlie’s Angels” actress who attended the event to also support the Madden twins on their new subscription service for live concerts, Veeps All Access.
Diaz has stayed relatively out of the spotlight after she declared herself retired from acting back in 2018.
She was set to made her comeback alongside her friend Jamie Foxx in the Netflix movie “Back In Action” early this year, but the “Blame It” singer was suddenly hospitalized for an undisclosed medical complication.
Diaz was reportedly “shocked and saddened” by Foxx’s health scare.
“One day they were working together, and the next he was just gone,” a source told People in June. “She wanted to be supportive and help out in any way, but his family has kept his status very quiet.”
Foxx has since told fans that he is on the road to recovery, but the future of “Back In Action” remains unclear.
Madden and Diaz married on Jan. 5, 2015, and share their 3-year-old daughter, Raddix.
He celebrated her 51st birthday in a rare Instagram tribute on Aug. 31.
“I’m off line mostly these days, just working, painting, making things and doing family life, but I have grown to like my little tradition of coming back on special occasions to show love to my Queen,” the “Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous” rocker captioned a photo of Diaz smiling with a cat in her arms.
“So today, it’s a very Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife, best friend, best partner in everything, ride or die, greatest Mom to our little girl, @Avaline wine boss, family chef, advisor, collaborator and everything else,” Madden added. “You do it all.”
