LEE COUNTY, Fla. — First responders and neighbors made a Lee County Veteran’s 100th birthday even more special.

The Iona McGregor Fire District joined multiple agencies, businesses and community members who put on a patriotic parade for a World War II Veteran.

They said Meals on Wheels invited the firefighters to take part in the celebration. They brought out multiple trucks for the occasion to wish Robert a Happy Birthday and thank him for his service.
