Jerry Seinfeld hinted at a possible “Seinfeld” reunion while doing a comedy show Saturday night after years of rumors circulating the NBC hit.

Seinfeld, 69, told his Boston audience that he and Larry David, who also served as the show’s co-creator, were working on a special project for fans.

“Well, I have a little secret for you about the ending [of the show],” said Seinfeld in a clip posted to Instagram. “But I can’t really tell it, because it is a secret.”

“Here’s what I’ll tell you. OK? But you can’t tell anybody,” teased the comedian. “Something is going to happen that has to do with that ending.”

Seinfeld later added that it “hasn’t happened yet,” but “just what you are thinking about, Larry and I have also been thinking about it. So you’ll see.”

The Post reached out to Seinfeld for comment.

The iconic New York City-based sitcom originally aired in 1989 and ran for nine seasons until its June 1998 ending.

In the series finale, Seinfeld and his friends — Elaine Benes (Julia Louis-Dreyfus), George (Jason Alexander) and Kramer (Michael Richards) — are arrested and thrown in jail.

With 76 million viewers, the episode was dubbed one of the most-watched television broadcasts in history despite the backlash the ending received.

Since going off the air, many fans have longed for the show to return despite Seinfeld himself saying that it was time to move on.

“I remember when I was in the ninth season and I was thinking ‘maybe it’s time to wrap this up,’” the comedian told People and other journalists at Citi Field in 2021. “I remember inviting Michael and Julia and Jason to my dressing room, and we all just sat there and we stared at each other.”

“I went, ‘I was thinking maybe this is our moment to make a good exit.’ We’ve had a lot of good fortune here. Maybe we shouldn’t push our luck too far. And we all agreed that this was the right moment,” continued the actor.

Rumors of a reunion intensified in 2018 when Seinfeld told Ellen DeGeneres that a reunion “was possible,” but did not offer any details.

All 180 episodes of “Seinfeld” are now streaming on Netflix.
