Michelle Williams has found her next gig.

The “Dawson’s Creek” alum, 43, will narrate the audiobook of Britney Spears’ much-anticipated upcoming memoir “The Woman in Me” following much speculation over who would recite it.

People confirmed that Williams will be coming on board while the “Toxic” pop princess, 41, will record an introduction.

“This book has been a labor of love and all the emotions that come with it,” Spears told the outlet in a statement.

“Reliving everything has been exciting, heart-wrenching, and emotional, to say the least. For those reasons, I will only be reading a small part of my audiobook,” she added.

The music legend went on: “I am so grateful to the amazing Michelle Williams for reading the rest of it.”

Williams, for her part, chimed in: “I stand with Britney.”

Simon & Schuster’s imprint Gallery Books will drop Spears’ book on Oct. 24 and the audiobook version will be released at the same time.

“‘The Woman in Me’ is a brave and astonishingly moving story about freedom, fame, motherhood, survival, faith, and hope,” the publisher described the 288-page bombshell opus.

They added: “Written with remarkable candor and humor, Spears’s groundbreaking book illuminates the enduring power of music and love—and the importance of a woman telling her own story, on her own terms, at last.”

One theory as to why the “Crossroads” star might not want to read aloud her own words, simply because she feels it’s “too much” to relive her past, according to a TMZ report published in July.

Spears and her team reportedly came up with a list of names of potential candidates to record the memoir at the time.

The title of the book is a reference to her hit tune “I’m Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman,” especially the line: “I’m not a girl, don’t tell me what to believe / I’m just tryin’ to find the woman in me.”

The book was first announced in February 2022, but it was allegedly delayed over concerns among the A-listers mentioned in the book.

“This book has been a labor of love and all the emotions that come with it,” Spears told People recently.

“Britney is brutally honest in the book — there are a lot of nervous A-listers,” a source dished to The Sun in May.

“Strongly worded legal letters have been sent to the publishers by people who know Britney and who fear what she has written,” the insider said. “There is no movement at the moment, and there are concerns over when it will eventually be able to come out.”
