Woman, 50, falls victim to armed-robbers early Friday morning in Brighton Park neighborhood, cops say

A 50-year-old woman was robbed at gunpoint by four males who jumped out of a black sedan and went through her pockets in the Brighton Park neighborhood, Chicago police said.

Shortly before 5:30 a.m., a woman was standing on the sidewalk in the 2800 block of West 47th Street when a black sedan pulled up and four males exited, police saiid.

The males pulled out firearms and demanded the victim’s property. They went through the victim’s pockets and took her belongings, police said.

The robbers got back into the sedan and fled the scene.

No one was in custody, and detectives were investigating.
