Half of Americans say their financial situation is worse now than it was during the last presidential election, according to a new survey from Bankrate. Only 21% said their financial situation is better since 2020. Mark Hamrick, a senior economic analyst and Washington bureau chief at Bankrate, joined CBS News to discuss the survey’s findings.
