A 17-year-old boy was shot and killed Saturday afternoon in the Riverdale neighborhood, according to Chicago police.
Police said an unknown offender shot the boy in the chest and right arm in the 13000 block of South Drexel Avenue at about 2:50 p.m. The boy was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition, where he died.
No suspects are in custody and police said they’re investigating the shooting.
