National Weather Service officials are expecting a pleasant day Tuesday with temperatures in the miid 60s.
Current morning temperatures at O’Hare International Airport registered at 57 degrees with a few clouds. Farther south at Midway Airport conditions are the same, officials said.
Tuesday temperatures are expected to rise into the mid 60s with sunny conditions. Later Tuesday night, temperatures are expected to drop to the low 40s, with wind gusts up to 25 mph, officials said.
Wednesday officials are expecting a repeat of Tuesday conditions. But Thursday conditions were expected to turn windy with a 50% chance of rain Thursday evening.
