The first phase of Cooper University Health Care’s newest and largest
outpatient campus is now open at the Moorestown Mall.
The 166,000-square-foot, three-story facility, converted from a former Sears
department store that sat empty since 2020, has been transformed into a
state-of-the-art outpatient campus. The
Cooper Moorestown Campus
offers patients more than 26 medical specialties, a range of diagnostic
services, nearly 100 exam rooms, concierge services, a café, and other
patient amenities. The facility is accessible from a main entrance facing
Route 38 and an interior entrance from inside the Moorestown Mall.
“Since its founding more than 135 years ago, Cooper has always been
committed to providing the best care to its community. This announcement
demonstrates how we are expanding access to Cooper’s outstanding care so
that every member of our community can obtain the services they need
when they need them in the most convenient way,” said George E. Norcross
III, chair of Cooper’s Board of Trustees.
“The demand for access to Cooper’s expert clinical care teams has never been
stronger. This state-of-the-art facility, one of the largest outpatient
locations in the tri-state area, will enable Cooper to meet this demand.
While patients travel from all 50 states and more than 35 countries to
receive their care at Cooper, we are proud to expand access closer to where
many Cooper patients live and work,” said Kevin O’Dowd, JD, co-CEO of
Cooper.

Moorestown Campus that will match the excellent level of care they
receive from our clinical teams,” said Anthony Mazzarelli, MD, JD MBE,
co-CEO of Cooper. “We are thankful that so many patients from across the
