Chef Aric Attebery (Bouchon Bistro, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Otium) will open Fountain Grains & Greens, a new farm-driven restaurant in East Hollywood, in partnership with Backyard Hospitality on October 21. The casual counter-serve restaurant will serve a menu of salads and grain bowls, including a market rice bowl with Lopes Family Farms brown rice and Coleman Farms greens, as well as a kimchi grain bowl with Weiser melon kimchi and a grilled steak bowl. In the months following the restaurant’s opening, Fountain Grains & Greens is set to introduce a market component, selling pickles, jams, local produce, and more.
