Former Bachelor star Sophie Tieman has announced the arrival of her first child with husband Joe Bolster.
The 30-year-old, who shot to fame on Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins’ season of the Channel 10 dating franchise, shared the exciting news to Instagram on Tuesday.
‘Our little girl is here and we couldn’t feel more blessed,’ she wrote.
‘Thank you to everyone messaging and checking in. We are all happy and healthy. I can’t wait to share her with the world.’
‘Words can’t describe how in love we are. I’ve never felt anything like it. Blessed is an understatement.’

Sophie revealed she was expecting her first child back in April by sharing a video to Instagram telling her friends and family the news.
‘Possibly the hardest (and best) secret we have ever had to keep,’ she wrote.
The video captures Sophie and Joe tying the knot before moving into their first home together.
It then shows Sophie doing an ultrasound before revealing the exciting news to their family and friends.

Sophie became engaged to her low profile and private fiancé Joe in December 2020 and they tied the knot in April 2022 in a private ceremony in Sydney.
The loved-up pair confirmed they had purchased their first home together in 2021.
Sophie and Joe went public with their romance in March 2019, and they have kept their relationship relatively under wraps since.
