Car crashes into Fort Myers bank

FORT MYERS, Fla. — A car crashed into Truist Bank in south Fort Myers Thursday morning.

South Trail Fire Protection & Rescue responded to the crash at 6890 Daniels Parkway.

According to firefighters, there were no injuries reported.

Images show damage to the entrance. However, the bank has continued with hours of operation.

A constructor arrived at the scene to inspect the damage and begin repairs.

The cause of the crash has not been provided yet.
