Taking to Instagram, the actor shared a short clip showing him well and truly in workout mode.
Barely breaking a sweat in the clip, Chris, 40, flaunted his en pointe guns in a black RCVA tank top, black workout shorts and a plain black baseball cap as he completed his formidable workout.
Effortlessly lifting a set of hand weights, Chris took time between reps to spruik a workout program from his Centr fitness app.
‘Hey, what’s up legends,’ he said in the clip.
‘Check out the 28 day arm program that’s a new workout for your arms every single day.’
‘I can’t even count to 28 let alone think of 28 different workouts for your arms, but we’ve got 28 different workouts. Get your pump on,’ he added before letting out a menacing grunt.
Captioning the post, Chris urged his 59.3million followers to get out there and ‘crush it’.

Making the admission in an episode of the Disney+ reality series Limitless, Chris admitted his career choice stems from a difficult childhood.
‘If I’m totally honest, I did acting to get my parents out of debt. It could be killing me. When I first started acting, my parents had very little money,’ he said.
‘Talking to my dad about when he’s going to be able to pay the bank off and him saying, “Never, we’ll die having to pay it off”, that really bothered me from a young age.’
