NAPLES, Fla. — Emergency crews rescued a person after finding them in cardiac arrest on the roof of a Naples building Thursday morning.
According to the Naples Fire-Rescue Department (NFRD), crews along with Collier County EMS responded to the medical emergency at 1100 Gulf Shore Boulevard N.
At around 10:50 a.m., crews were on scene and found a person in cardiac arrest on the roof of the building. While still on the roof, the person regained spontaneous circulation.
The person received CPR and additional units helped move the person to the ground. They were moved to an ambulance before being taken to a hospital, NFRD said.
The person was conscious when beginning hospital care.
