Unverified videos shared on Russian Telegram channels show men in camouflage entering a large marbled hall. Other clips show a massive fire erupting from the building’s roof. Moscow regional governor Alexei Vorobyev said he was on his way to the scene along with an emergency response group.
Baza, a Russian Telegram channel with links to law enforcement, said at least 12 people were killed and more than 30 injured.
