Heartstop—it.

British actor Joe Locke has revealed that some fans of the Netflix series “Heartstopper” are having trouble keeping their distance, resorting to harassing members of his family — including grandma — to get his attention.

Locke, 19, claimed to Teen Vogue that since his rise to fame in the Blighty-based queer coming-of-age drama, his mother has been forced to abandon her social media accounts and create new ones, after being messaged relentlessly by strangers.

And, according to the actor, one die-hard fan even attempted to contact his grandmother, after discovering her phone number.

“It’s a weird guilt I sometimes feel that, by association, their lives are affected by choices in my life,” Locke told a reporter for for the online publication’s cover story.

The Post reached out to Locke for comment.

“It’s a mutual thing,” said Locke. “I need to learn my boundaries and people need to learn their boundaries. Most attention comes from a really good place, and I hope I always appreciate that.”

This is not the first time the “Agatha: Coven of Chaos” star has chastised his fans over an invasion of privacy.

In November 2022, Locke slammed fans after “Heartstopper” co-star Kit Connor revealed in a tweet that he felt pressured to come out as bisexual after several people accused him of queerbaiting.

“Back for a minute. I’m bi. congrats for forcing an 18-year-old to out himself. I think some of you missed the point of the show. bye,” Connor — who plays a closeted rugby player on “Heartstopper” — tweeted.

Locke immediately jumped to his friend’s defense claiming “You owe nothing to anyone. I’m so proud of you my friend.”

Talking about Connor’s moment with a reporter, Locke said that the entire cast and crew were “very proud of him, and we’re proud of him controlling the narrative” adding that “I’m very proud of him for doing his own thing and what was right for him.” 

“There’s an idea that it’s part of the job to lose your privacy, that you lose your right to having privacy,” continued Locke. “That’s something I hope the next generation of people in the public eye can change … I think people are understanding that privacy is a nonnegotiable.”

Locke also went on record regarding his sexuality for the first time in the article.

“I have been openly gay since I was, like, 12,” he told the outlet.

“People have assumed and written it,” he said, “and I haven’t ever corrected anyone because I haven’t felt the need to.”
