Redondo Beach-based Full Glass Wine Co., the parent company of numerous wine brands, has acquired Splash Wines and Scout & Cellar.

Full Glass Wine will integrate Splash Wines and Scout & Cellar into the company, allowing the new brands to benefit from its existing operations including three U.S. warehouses which the company said will allow for shorter shipping times and reduced costs.

“Splash Wines and Scout & Cellar have strong, passionate followings and bring unique offerings to the market,” Neha Kumar, co-founder and chief operating officer of Full Glass Wine, said in a statement “These beloved brands have the potential to reach even greater heights, and we are excited to provide them with the resources and support they need to succeed. Our DTC (direct-to-consumer) approach allows us to directly connect with consumers, offering curated selections and tailored recommendations that enhance the wine-buying experience.”

With the latest purchases, Full Glass Wine – which raised $14 million in a series A round in April – has acquired five brands in just over a year. The funding round was led by Shea Ventures.

At the time the company said the funds would be used to fuel its “multi-brand platform vision, complementing its existing portfolio of well-established players in the DTC wine market.”

Full Glass Wine now expects to surpass $125 million in revenue this year and $185 million in revenue next year.

“By expanding our portfolio and fully embracing the direct-to-consumer model, Full Glass Wine Co. is offering wine enthusiasts unparalleled access to wines that align with their values and preferences,” Louis Amoroso, co-founder and chief executive of Full Glass Wine, said in a statement. “Our approach combines the strengths of the DTC model with advanced technology and data-driven insights, creating a unique customer experience that stands out in the market. This is the future of wine retail, and we’re proud to be leading the way.”
