Delhommeau

Kaiser Permanente is pleased to announce that Marcel Delhommeau has joined the organization as its Senior Vice President of Human Resources in Southern California and Hawaii. He oversees all HR activities in these regions and will partner with the Southern California Permanente Medical Group and national leaders. Delhommeau joined Kaiser Permanente from United Airlines and brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience. Delhommeau has held various HR and Labor Relations leadership roles and most recently served as senior leader of HR Partners for Operations where he directed HR teams focusing on equity, inclusion and diversity, talent acquisition, leadership and organizational development and sustainable partnerships with labor. Delhommeau holds degrees from McGill University and Queens University.

Williams

Eric L. Williams has joined Kaiser Permanente as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Hospital/Area Operations for the Southern California Region. He leads and executes operational strategies, focusing on advancing performance and fostering a culture of support and development. Williams oversees medical centers in Baldwin Park, Downey, Kern County, Los Angeles, Panorama City/Antelope Valley, South Bay, West LA, and Woodland Hills/Ventura County. He also supports surgical services operations in Southern California and Hawaii. Williams brings more than 20 years of health care leadership experience. He joined Kaiser Permanente in 2017 and most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Area Manager for Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara. Williams holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Pennsylvania State University, and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
