Joey Graziadei will do whatever he needs to for a perfect score on Dancing with the Stars.

The former Bachelor star, 29, was filmed in a Monday, Sept. 23, TikTok from Velour Medical, receiving botox injections in his armpits.

“Making sure Joey stays sweat free on DWTS😎,” the video’s text read.

“Botox in the underarms treats hyperhidrosis & helps reduce pit stains,” read the medical spa’s caption. Hyperhidrosis is the medical term for excessive sweating, per Johns Hopkins Medicine.

While Graziadei hasn’t commented on the procedure, in the video, he seems to be taking the injections in stride. Some TikTok users even commented on his demeanor.

“he’s so intensely focused😭😹,” one user wrote.

Others thanked the medical spa for bringing visibility to the condition. “Thank you for raising awareness for hyperhidrosis! 💕,” wrote one user. While others remarked they want to get the procedure themselves, one commented: “Wow 🤯 didn’t even even know they have this procedure.”

Graziadei joined the dance competition series’ 33rd season with help from partner Jenna Johnson. At the Sept. 17 premiere, the TV personality spoke to PEOPLE about performing on the show, remarking that while he was “very nervous” about his first dance, he was looking forward to the upcoming weeks.

“It’s nice to have [partner Jenna Johnson] as a safe space, and [I’m] trying to just hone in and hopefully breathe,” Joey previously told PEOPLE. “But we got through it. I felt great about it, and it’s nice to get one done.”

He credits his fiancée Kelsey Anderson, whom he proposed to on The Bachelor, for helping him face the tiring rehearsal schedule and nerve-wracking performance.

“I’m so lucky to have a supportive fiancée,” the tennis coach gushed. “I texted her immediately after I was done and said, ‘Did I make you proud?’ I just want her to be so happy with how I do this season, but also she’s giving a lot to be here with me, and I know I’m gone a lot, too.”

During Graziadei and Johnson’s first performance, they did the Cha Cha to Tyler Hubbard’s “Dancing in the Country” — and received a seven from each judge with a total score of 21/30.

“I was told anything six or higher, I should be stoked,” he said. “So the fact that I got three sevens to start off, I saw [Jenna’s] reaction — that’s what I go off of, I don’t know what I should expect — but her reaction, she was shocked.”

“I’m nervous to watch it back because I think my eyes were popped out of my head!” she jokingly added.
