A group of foreign nationals and Palestinian dual citizens may be able to leave Gaza soon, after the Hamas border authority released a list of 400 individuals who sought to exit the Strip. The authority requested that those individuals present themselves at the Rafah crossing Wednesday morning for a potential exit into Egypt. It also said that Egypt agreed to take in 81 injured people, but similar deals involving the exit of foreign nationals have fallen apart before. Israel claimed responsibility for a deadly attack on the Jabalya refugee camp in northern Gaza, with a spokesperson from the Israel Defense Forces calling civilian deaths from the strikes a “tragedy of war.” Hundreds were killed or injured, according to Palestinian health officials.
