Dutch crumble apple pie, butternut squash bisque, Brussels sprout casserole, chorizo cornbread and roasted turkey are just a few of the options being served at various restaurants and hotels around San Diego County this Thanksgiving. Here is a rundown on where to find some of them, based on online listings and promotions.

Bahia Resort Hotel: Views of Mission Bay and a boat cruise are what await guests at the Bahia Resort. Dockside 1953 is serving a Thanksgiving dinner buffet that includes seafood, soup and salad, macaroni and cheese and carving stations with apple cider and citrus-brined turkey. The buffet will be served from 3 to 7 p.m. and costs $150 per adult and $68 for children ages 5 to 12. The Bahia Resort Hotel will also have a family cruise on Mission Bay aboard a three-story, 74-foot Mississippi-style sternwheeler boat. The cruise will offer adults warm apple cider and children’s activities. Barleymash: In the Gaslamp Quarter, Barleymash is creating a three-course meal this Thanksgiving. The first course will have the choice of salad or soup. The main course will feature turkey, garlic mashed potatoes, biscuit stuffing, corn pudding, vegetables and habanero cranberry jelly. For dessert, diners can select Dutch crumb apple pie or pumpkin sponge cake. Thanksgiving dinner is served for $56.95 for adults and $27 for children. Barleymash is also offering meals to-go for four to six people for $300. The meals will include andouille stuffed turkey roulade and brown butter gravy with two sides and dessert. Bleu Bohème: It’s a Thanksgiving Day feast with a French twist at Bleu Bohème from noon to 4 p.m. This Kensington-area restaurant will be serving a three-course meal that comprises turkey confit, salmon filet crusted with crab, beef short ribs in red wine with mushrooms, duck leg confit with goat cheese, shiitake and oyster mushroom ravioli, pumpkin soup with parsnips and chive crème frâiche and crème brulée. Brickmans Restaurant & Bar: Live music, Thanksgiving food staples, family and friends will all be gathered at Brickmans Restaurant & Bar for its Thanksgiving buffet from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The restaurant and bar located at the Lakehouse Resort in San Marcos will serve oven-roasted turkey, beef short ribs, glazed ham, salmon, brown sugar glazed yams, lemon oregano seasonal squash, cornbread and pumpkin pie. Ember & Rye: The steakhouse inside Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad is preparing a Thanksgiving feast in collaboration with celebrity chef Richard Blais. For those who enjoy Thanksgiving brunch, a buffet will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Some food options will be citrus roasted turkey, grits, Icelandic cod, pumpkin pain suisse and almond panna cotta verrine. The buffet rings in at $140 per adult and $60 for children ages 2 to 12 years. Ember & Rye is also serving a $136 Thanksgiving dinner from 5:30 to 9 p.m. It will be crafted by Blais and chef Jon Bautista with highlights such as smoked turkey with yuzu cranberry sauce, a rack of lamb and praline pumpkin pie. Loews Coronado Bay Resort: Executive chef Jesse Llapitan will prepare a Thanksgiving buffet at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The feast will include roasted turkey, salmon, striploin beef, sushi, fruits, cheeses, pumpkin pie, ice cream, pastries and creme brulee.
